Poe's death theory

One theory of how Poe died is that he was beaten. He died while an election was going on, and people that worked for a man who was running came and attacked Poe. People say that he was beaten to death by those people.

A second theory of Poe's death is from alcohol. Poe was an abuser of alcohol, but he was said to be 6 months sober before his death. But you are not likely to be ill from alcohol abuse.

Another theory of Poe's death was rabies. Poe was ill, the doctors say he was hallucinating and yelling at imaginary people. He also had hydrophobia, all of these things are common for rabies victims.
